What do you prefer, for cage litter?

What do you prefer to use for litter? I like the unbleached paper towels, safe for birdie and easier clean up in my oponion. Also if your bird is potty trained, so to speak please do share your teaching technique. TIA.

Depends. In the cage I use newspaper. On his portable stand I use crumbled paper litters sold by petsmart. Newspaper on the portable stand flies up when moved around, it's a pain in the rear.
