I am getting an unrelated pair of rose-breasted cockatoos. They will be young but I was wondering the best cage setup for them. Is it okay to keep them together or should they have separate cages. The first picture is the cage that I kept my Pretty Ricky in before he suddenly passed away New Year's Eve. The second cage is essentially two of those cages size wise side by side but has a removable divider. The third cage is more like a macaw size cage with 1-in bar spacing that's like the size that I have my African Grey in but to be honest he only really uses the top portion. So I guess I'm asking advice both on cage sizing, number of cages and or one that can be divided if needed or if they will be okay growing up together as they will be unrelated and DNA sexed.

Oooooooooh, wowwwww... how exciting.
I'm no authority but I think that there is really so little certainty about compatibility and personality... I kinda think that you'll have to be prepared for anything. The birds will probably guide you when you get the, observe them. etc.
For general reference, here is a thread I saved from a while back.
