We dont have a Dik-Dik?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? and we also do not have foxes, only the side-striped jackal and the black back jackal. That is either a Steenbok or a Duiker both are an antelope.:D

I forgot about the Bat-ear fox, they are nocturnal so we 'never' see them in Kruger.;)

We also have Kudu that comes to our feeders.

Our likkewaan (Nile monitor) fell through our roof yesterday, the cleaning people found her in the house. They can grow up to 6 feet. She's been living there for many-many years, I hope she will return when the ceiling is back.Cry-Cry-Cry!

Just watched the webcam for the first time, and got very lucky! :) In the first set of images, what is that bird looking thing?

And in this one, I can tell the first thing is a hyena, but what is in the second image?

Thanks for sharing!! These are awesome!! :)

I just checked the cam and had 3 simultaneous sightings! :D

Greencheek, the posture, size and colouration of the bird in your first picture makes me think it is a White-backed vulture. They are very common in Kruger and can be seen all over in trees sometimes. The last picture is a side-striped jackal.:D

All the photos are fantastic. Was that a cheetah or a leopard in one of the photos??

It was lion in the one and a leopard in the other Tannie. :DSorry no cheetah.

WoW
Linky those pictures are amazing !!!!!!!!!

You and Craig are so fortunate to have seen so many different types of animals, getting so close to them as we
ll

You guys sure had loads of fun, loved the one where Craig was feeding the Zebra.

for taking us all on a journey, it felt like we were there, enjoying every minute. Many of us have never seen some of them and so close up.

Thanks once again, I thoroughly enjoyed it mwah
