Peeko is in his last week of third month. I was feeding him three times a day. In these days he's refusing his morning formula. He eats his pellets, vegetables and fruits only when he's out of his cage. He's still taking his afternoon and evening formula but with spoon. Do not like the syringe anymore. This morning i gave him Celery which he like as well gave him red chilly first time which he really enjoyed. I leave lots of foods in the cage but he rarely eats it. But after his formula when he's on the play stand of his cage he eats his pellets or vegetables given to him. Most of the vegetables or other food we give him ; he's only chewing not swallowing. Is it common in babies or they just chew. Any suggestions to make him eat inside the cage or he will learn himself ? I attached his photo having his first red chilly which he really enjoyed.
