Ways to help my teil warm up?

It's getting to be fall, cold mornings again, and i need some suggestions on how to keep my teil warm. My family normally likes the house on the cooler side, but if it gets too much everybody has sweatshirts, my teil charlie doesnt. What ways can keep him warm?

This would be my suggestion Will, your birds own persoal heather, doest give off light, so your Tiel can sleep at night, is heat regulated, so he won't get burned, and can be easily washed, I know a few breeders that use them for outdoor use as well, they come highly recommended

I purchased a heated perch last year and my bird loved it. I will luse it again this winter. It is totally safe.
