I have a single budgie named joey and since I go to school and my parents go to work I am thinking of getting him a friend. They would be out all morning and all night it's just when I go to school he's stuck in a cage and I feel sorry for him so would the mo1 be big enough for two budgies?

Budgies arent that much of attention needing birds. Usually if you get them a lot of toys they will occupy themselves, but I think that getting another budgie is a good idea. It always benefits their mental health with someone the same species. Can you give us the measurements of the cage ? Also , when you get your budgie make sure that they don't fight. If you have a spare cage out the new budgie in there and see how they react. Make sure the new member is clean of sicknesses and bugs
