Sometimes, we take to an online forum or phone conversation or whatever to vent our frustrations (I do this more than you know, lol) and it can come across to some people as overreacting or making a fuss out of nothing etc. Its not nothing if affected you and everyone's feelings are valid and deserve to be acknowledged.
I time and again WILL react appropriately to the party I am having the issue with and then vent the crap out to a friend or whatever. If I don't vent, it builds up and then I end up taking it out on people and eventually the people/person I had the issue with and it just gets worse. So I find that by NOT venting, it just makes matters worse. So it is incredibly important to vent frustrations.
Its also very difficult to tell a persons tone in online communication which is why its so important to give people the benefit of the doubt as our interpretation of someone elses post is likely colored by our own experiences and prejudices.
