Thanks a lot guys! Because of this forum and some you tube videos I am head over heals for Hahns Mcaws. Their little voices crack me up. And they are ao cute. I just may be murdered by my husband for the meare mention of wanting another bird! LOL So again, thanks, thanks a lot! I may meet an untimely death.

My comment will not help you one bit but I just HAVE to tell you that I am so in love with my Hahns! He amazes me with his personality. He makes everyone in our house laugh with his huge HELLOOOO when he sees anyone. We think he sounds just like Mrs. Doubtfire. He seems to do something new every day. Just this morning he decided his linking toy that is attached to the side of his cage should be used to spring as far as possible side to side looking a bit like a birdy spelunker. He lives up to his name of "Scottie Rotten"

I'm having the same problem ever since we've been on this forum (even though I don't post much). We adore Gilly but unfortunately, he doesn't adore anyone else but me! My honey wants a "family" bird and has been researching cockatoos and has found a 4 year old cockatoo nearby that he loves BUT with holidays coming up, now isn't the right time but I think it's coming! LOL, let the addiction begin!

Just the other day I was reading a different thread on here and giggling to myself when people were talking about being addicted to birds. I missed my Rio terribly when we lost her and began the search for another gcc a few months after, but all this time thought 1 was more than plenty!! LOL now to geg back to that mindset so the hubs doesnt disown me!
