Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
...I had a good look at his noses this morning. Looks like the cyst thingie he was treated for is all gone :) I'm hoping it wont return!

Commonly they do not. But it becomes yet another item to keep a wary eye on.

Happy to hear that this has cleared up and he is healing well.

Glad to hear it.

Yay Amy! Good to hear, Jim.

I'm so glad to hear it! Birds and horses can hide illness so well! I've had fowl pox swarming through my chicken flock right now and it just all sucks! I have a lot of chickens infected (over 25) one of them has the little tumors (cysts or warts or whatever you call the devils) over her eyes. She couldn't see for over a week and just last night a scab finally came off and she was able to open one eye. I have a roo who has the little nodules all in his mouth, tongue and esophagus and he is having a heck of a time staying hydrated and fed. I am terrified one of my parrots is going to contract this thing. It is spread by mosquitoes and close contact.
