Parrots
Unsure of type, but his name is Echo
I have recently rescued a bird and was told it was a Eclectus Parrot, but I am not that sure, can someone identify it?
Cheers

I'm notoriously bad at IDing parrots. But unless I am completely upside down and turned around I can say an eclectus is one thing that this bird is certainly not.

I'd guess it's a Regent Parrot

Thanks to everyone who has replied, I believe the bird is a Regent Parakeet (Polytelis anthopeplus). As it fits the discription perfectly.

I am entirely new at this but found this pic and it looks like yours and your right it says regent parakeet
