I have a 3-4 months old weaned CAG, and I think he's a bit underweight as I can see the keel bone between the feather protruding

His diet:

Bell peppers
chilies
apples
grapes
safflower seeds
sunflower seeds
carrot shredded and mixed with his pepper
leafy greens

I know it isn't varied much but he won't eat the pellets he used to eat at the breeder. I tried oats, potatoes, carrots, millet but he wouldn't budge and would starve himself so I obviously stopped but I'm worried about his weight.

I have a scale with 50 gram sensitivity which is terrible I know but it would work temporarily for now as digital scales are quite expensive so I have to wait for a while.
last week, the scale's pointer was pointing at 300gm and today it was going between 350gm-400gm which is good but the keel bone is still protruding. any tips?
