- I have 2 sweet budgies, Nimbus and Banana. They are both boys Nimbus is 17 months and Banana is 11 years old though I've only had him for about 3 weeks. would write more but that's the max
So I'm on a mission to make sure my budgies have the best diet possible. I am just getting them to eat pellets and im not sure what pellet brand to use yet but I do know a lot of great brands and i already made a thread about pellets. but my budgies still need a small part of their diet to be seed based. So I am going to be making my own seed mix. So far its going to have millet, canary grass seed, chia seeds, hemp, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, and buckwheat. Do you know of any other low fat healthy seeds I could put in my mix?
