What are some good trust building exercises?

I was thinking about buying some of my birds' favorite treats and just holding a treat in their cage and letting the birds take the treats from my hand so they will learn that I'm not going to hurt them.

Hi there again. I do not think of developing trust with your birds as a specific exercise. It developes over time with you as the flock leader. I have pulled an article by Sally Blanchard who is pretty well known in the parrot world.
