Touching her claw gently, saying wave wave and showing her a wave.
Continue touching her claw, saying wave wave, until she lifts it.
When she does, make a big deal out of it, praise Abby, kiss and her offer her a lovely treat.
Repeat this every day, and she will never forget it.
