This toy is very easy to make.
Harry and Toon love to play with this.
Put strips of paper in the bottle, and make a hole in it , make a hole in it at the side. About 2 by 2 centimeters.
The strips of paper so they can pull the strips of paper out of the bottle.

Now that is a neat toy that can be used over and over again!

It looks like you have both an opening in the bottom of the bottle and the side, correct?

Thanks for sharing!

Sailboat, you have to make an opening at the side.
In the cap I made a little hole for a chain or rope, so I can hang the bottle u.

I did something similar! I had a little (I think it was Miralax?) bottle from my mom that I washed really well and used my dremel to drill some holes in, threated a string and some beads through the inside and out the bottom, and filled it with paper crinkles for my parrotlets. They haven't really pulled all of it out but they enjoy the string and beads for sure!

Okay, this is nice. Just the "valentine" to make the Mrs. happy. I could make a few of these things. I like that it's not too complex. The Rickster could figure out how to pull the strips. I think I would leave it as a cage top toy or floor toy since I hear that he has trouble dealing with heavy or complex hanging toys. He could bully the bottle around and yank the strips out. Very cool. My thanks.

Thanks , this is a good suggestion.

Rival, better watch it, or RB will think that your starting to like him!!
Gail would really be pleased with you tho, if you made these. Lottsa brownie points.

You're following my train of thought. Stuffing something in that little noise machine's beak, plus brownie points, it's a win-win.

Also between the strips of paper you can add a treat. :)
