Too cute!!!

I figured I'd share this: since I moved Bartleby into my room, he's been doing 300% much better then he was before. I was able to do 3 target training sessions today with him without any fuss or fear. About an hour ago, S'mores and Bartleby were talking up a storm. I think they were talking about food since S'mores kept going to her food bowl and bringing pellets to Bartleby (she does with me and expects me to eat it). Now, they're sitting as close as the possibly could with each other in their separate cages, and have fallen asleep. It's too cute. I would've loved to make a video of their conversation and take pics of them sleeping but unfortunately, my camera broke last week I'll try again with my mom's camera next time.

Aw that is cute. I wish my birds would bring food to me. I would much prefer that to the smelly regurgitated stuff lol. So happy things are working out. Target training seems to be going well, is he coming out of his cage for it yet?

No, he won't come out of his cage yet. He won't come after his treat if I hold outside the cage or over my hand, but we'll get there.

Yep just very small steps, it does take a while. The trick is to put it just beyond their reach so they have to take a step. Buddy would get so close to the door and then stop. She would stretch as far as she could before walking. Now she climbs out for it.
