Actually ended up with a few co workers helping . Kinda slow yesterday so at lunch I hit dollar store and picked up um to many $1 pack of 100 each straws. 4 $1 pencil sharpener and dumped them all out on my desk. People came by all afternoon. Some would spiral a few others took some back to there desk and returned with them finished.
Here is one of the end products. I sure learned making them at work gets me a lot of help.
TODAY one co worker showed up with Pine Cones wanting to make something for BB . Another collected small boxes lol Why the heck I did not think of using these people before is beyond me lol.

I LOVE how that turned out, Christine!!!! :D Now you've gotta let us know what BB thinks of this, ok?

May I borrow your co-workers? I've only got a few chores left today. :54:

LOVE what I'm seeing on your WORK PC there. Looks familiar. What is it? :21:

And holy smokes, I see you have me nicely displayed right next to your monitor. But why did you take off my bra?

LOL Love my Trolls . I have a few more around . Will have to take some pictures soon. We have two monitors so work on the other one LOL At least I think it was.

Will give it to him tonight and let you know. Took me a few tries to get the straws to spiral like I wanted . I know these are usually for smaller birds but oh well.

Oh and I used Grass Rope to tie it. Sneaky Bugger keeps breaking even the heavy duty Tie Wraps

OK, I now I have to search on how to make those (is it as simple as turning the straw thru the pencil sharpener?)

Yes Pretty much. Just keep turning and it will spiral them. Takes a few to get the hang of it. Then just tie them all together. I learned if I kinda angle the straw down I got a thin spiral.
