Ok, so I finally brought our baby grey home yesterday, and need some advice on how to introduce him to my quaker parrot and vice versa. The grey is 4 months old and my quaker is 16 months old. I am just hesitant to let them be around each other. I don't want to see one get hurt. This is my first experience with this and I'm unsure of the best way to approach it. The quaker is very tame with the family and the grey has already taken to us all well in just 24 hours. This morning I had them both out and they were each playing on their cages and the grey kept flying over onto the quakers cage. I would put him back on his cage but he woukd fly right back over. I don't know if this is just a curious behavior or what. I know the quaker flies away every time I'm assuming he is a bit nervous of him since he is twice his size. Just need some advice on how to proceed. Am I worrying too much? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!!
