Today I learned the proper term for a group or flock of parrots. A group of parrots is called a....ready for it.... "pandemonium"๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Geez, I wonder if whoever came up with that had any experience with large flocks of parrots:33:

So remember PF members with large flocks, you don't have a flock, you have PANDEMONIUM:D:D:D

A pandemonium, eh? I find it no oddity that the word "demon" is in there for Rickeybird types...

Sounds right to me, I think my group already knew that and have been trying to tell me for years:)

I find it so interesting how groups of animals are named...I think it's fascinating that a group of pigeons on land is a colony, Rookery, Huddle or Waddle, but on water they are a Raft.

Hahaha, a pandemonium of parrots, very apt description. Someone was paying attention.

I love the group names for different bird species. A group of hummingbirds is called a Charm, flamboyance of flamingos, squadron of pelicans, murder of crows, a flock of Ravens is called an unkindness.....

A flock of Rickeybirds should be called a RupturedEarDrum.

And I was passing this one by based on it likely being a text book napper. WRONG! Its a floor roller resulting in deep belly pain and loss of breath from laughing out loud.

Many Thanks April!!!

And, whether one or a lot - PANDEMONIUM Rules. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!!

Who needs a flock for Pandemonium?

Reminding me of the geese flying over at dusk the other evening, honking away, in V formation which is called a 'wedge'

Let's never let RB and Alfie (my dad's G2) meet. I think the world would go deaf:52:

Seems fitting for the multicolored chickens that scream at the weird, featherless, naked humans to feed them.

Oh heck that describes my entire home and family.. Birds, cats, snakes, people!! It's all pandemonium!!

Fun fact :)
