Thinking about a macaw

Oh no, i need to stay off of craigslist, i just found the saddest looking greenwing, he is in a cage with no toys and dirty pots for food and water seeing stuff like that twists my stomach

She's in great feather. And the price is dirt cheap for a greenwing.

Question is, what is her history, and how is she in terms of socialization.

her feathers do look good, but those are the same questions i have, i had also came across an 18 month old B&G for 400 the picture shows a little girl holding him

Well, that B&G appears to be a 10-plus...

depending on whether or not it is so overbonded with its last owner that it goes bonkers when it gets rehomed.

But going from a good situation to a good situation, they usually adjust fairly well.
