Was in the kitchen making dinner last night and had the Zon's out. They rarely get time out in the living/kitchen area, almost always the office due to they tend to land on the GW's cages not knowing they're liable to lose a toe or 2.
One of the rare times they give me the time of day.......when I'm cooking :20:

It doesn't matter WHAT I'm cooking or when :20:
If I'm in there, they're all making a racket. Unfortunately for them, they couldn't have but a taste since it was Chicken Fried Steaks, french fries and cream gravy.
Now at breakfast, they REALLY love me!!! LOL

Beautiful Napes, Wharfrat! :D

Do they let you cuddle, too? What are their names?

My 2 Amazons also still have to learn to stay away from my Mac, in fact, my DYH believes he can take the big guy on...silly bird. :)

I can barely even pet them most of them time, they are definitely the wife's birds, she can do anything she wants with them. Those pics are of a VERY rare moment, food being the main reason :20: That and they are rarely loose in that area.

Yea, the Zon's don't have enough sense to not even land on the GW's cages, another reason 95% of their free time is in the office. Heck, the tiny little Hahn's ain't afraid of ANY of them, needless to say she only comes out by herself in the office.

Here's a pic I may never get again.....:30:

AAAWWWW - that is SUCH a cute picture!

My Hunter (the nape) will allow all family members to pet her, snuggle with her, do anything and everything with her, while my Sam the DYH only allows me to do those things with him. :32:

I love my zons though....SO feisty...SO much fun. :52:

Oh , you should see jakiepoo when i "petted" those two napes on the screen. It would have been ugly!!!!

Oops, forgot to tell you their names...

Shiloh on the left (Yellow on top of head) Halo on the right (just now getting yellow on the nape)

Halo is the only bird we named in our flock. Since our boy loves the Halo game so much, we thought it would bring him closer to the bird. (He is scared of all of them because of their nails LOL)

Excuse my ignorance...or if I missed it...it's still really early and I'm a wee bit tired...but are Shiloh and Halo both boys?

Do they talk? Sing?

When my birds are up I want to show your pictures to my Hunter and watch her reaction. :D
