So recently the Australian night parrot was rediscovered after only a few reported sightings spanning nearly a century. I just thought it was amazing that a bird thought by many to be extinct is still flying around out there in the outback, gives hope for some other "extinct" animals. I've always wondered :34:if the Tasmanian tiger is completely extinct, as there are huge areas of Tasmanian bush that very few if any people actually go to. Maybe somewhere out there is a few living Tasmanian tigers left:45:.
So what do you guy's or gal's think, do you think there are any "extinct" animals still clinging on in remote parts of the globe? Those night parrots are super cute too. Anyway came across the story and thought i would share it.
