I have started the conversion of my girl to pellets and veggies 2 days ago.She is getting used to this new kind of food. Her poop is now more consistent, the watery poop has stopped, but now her poop color has changed to brownish. *Is this normal ?

Depends on the kind of pellets and fruit. When mine was on Zupreem her poop was often brown to red because of the dye in the pellets.

Yes, it depends on what they eat period.
For example, If you feed them beets or cherries , their stool will be red,
sweet potato, butternut squash & orange foods it’ll be brownish orange.
If they eat a lot of green foods they’ll have green in their stool. Etc...
You get the picture. :)

Based on a Pellet / Veggie diet and the pellets having no color added you should see a Brownish segment with a Greenish segment with a Whitish segment. They should also be some water.

See the Amazon Forum and the Sticky: I Love Amazons - ... In that huge Thread, you will find a Segment that covers Parrot Pooo and what the different segments indicate in the health of your Parrot and what to watch for.

One of the great dangers in providing Colored Pellets is that the added color(s) can mask underlying health problems! Or cause a mad rush to your CAV with your Parrot, a stool sample, and your heart banging away because the stool was Red to Black in color!

FYI: Please add the type of Parrot you have to your profile! Different Parrots have different requirements and having your Species of Parrot listed will help others to better target their response to your Parrot!

Thats exactly why I switched to Harrisons. I was just going to go with Zupreem natural but believe it or not Harrisons is easier to find than the Zupreem natural.

Agree - if your pellets are uncoloured then you should have a 'neutral' colour.

[*writes far too much about her own birds poop which she then removes after realising everyone is probably already sick of hearing about bird poop*]
