terrifying images...

I love Munchlax!!! She is the cutest, feistiest little Lovebird ever minted!

Y'know, the day I decided I wanted Alexandrines, we were visiting our local bird dealer. He was unpacking his van when we arrived, so we toddled off to the aviaries to have a look at his current stock. ALL of his birds had bloodied beaks and faces, just like Munchlax! I flew out to the van and said 'OMG, your birds are all bleeding!!!' He laughed so hard, he hit his head on the hatchback of the van. He'd given them beetroot to eat that morning and they were still covered in it.

PS. I liked the pic of Munch pretending to be Fargo. See? Feisty!

... i'm picturing a row of giant aviaries packed with a terrifying army of munchs right now.

the tongue picture was a fluke, but we all know how much fargo loves sticking his tongue out! too bad munch was not as cute as fargo lol

I admit it, after the first photo I was afraid to keep reading. I'm glad I did. Munch looks like she's having a great time and really loving her messy snack.

Oh wow I was really wondering what that was! :D

She's so CUTE! ...and looks so innocent, lol. How could anyone just not melt when seeing that little face?

CUTE!!! I was thinking Raspberries! I just met a handsome bare-eyed who tried to shake my hand with his "bloody" toes... Turns out his favorite treat is juicy red raspberries!!! Funny where our minds automatically go!

I loved the pictures. They made me smile and so reminds me of when I feed my flock pomegranates. Those things stain everything and the parrots do not eat them neatly. I don't know any parrot that eats soft mushy foods with manners. LOL.

Here is Valentino eating sweet potatoes at the dinner table with me within the first week of having him. He was being such a gentleman but now he is a terror on the table. LOL

I hope you enjoy the picture of Valentino. I had to post something fun so I can forget my troubles for a little bit.
