Tattoo in Distress

Hello everyone, I am reaching out because I have a Gold Crown Amazon, Tattoo, that has watery eyes with a green discharge and the nostrils are plugged. There are NO vets in my area or within 100 mile of my house. Tattoo is 50 years old and I do not want to lose him, this is the first serious problem I have ever had with him. The is still eating and drinking okay its just his poor eyes are a mess. Anyone have any suggestions? Had anyone dealt with this before?

I would truly appreciate some help.

I am No bird expert, but watery eyes and plugged nose usually means that there is an infection that needs to be treated by a vet.
For all animals I've ever Had, those Symptoms mean that antibiotics are needed or the infection might spread. I would actually recommend taking him to a vet, even If it is far away.
