Thanks
I wanted to name him Squirt or Pipsqueak but my family chose Jerry for our other budgie.
Out of all of them I liked Wazoo for a name

Yeah that name is awesome :) It's so creative and it has so much character in it!! I have a new conure and I can't think of names. I'm thinking Angel but is that a common name? I'll try to get around to posting an intro for her later, and maybe people can help me with a name.

Yea post seperately so you can get a broad response from everyone who participates.
Angel is a little bland for a pet, sorry
You can try names and find a french translation or whatever floats your boat!

Yeah you're right, Angel is a little too common. I think I posted something in her introduction but I didn't ask specifically for names. But only I really know her personality anyway :). It's hard to describe all of her antics online! So far I like the name Harley, because it's kind of a tomboyish name and I think I read somewhere that it mean "wild child," and she is definitely wild!! She acts like a caique, but at a slower speed and without the rolling around on her back and hopping around. She just loves going upside down to get anywhere in her cage and she has so much energy! Just gotta get mom's opinion on the name (because her opinion matters to me lol ). I think it's gonna stick though! She is starting to look like a "Harley." It must have been the name that was on the tip of my tongue when she came home :).

Lol! Well of course they are birds but to me they are indoor pets (at least mine are, I don't have an aviary) so I take precaution in exposing them to outside germs and bacteria, in case they are able to fight it off. Maybe it's unnecessary to take those precautions but I try to think of everything ahead of time so I don't make a mistake and end up kicking myself for it afterwards!

I have taken my birds outside all the time when the weather is nice. All my birds were/are harness trained and my baby RFM will be harness trained also.

my Noble macw is 16 years old so when the movie Paulie came out I took him to the theater to watch it with me. At first the employees balked but I told them my bird was one of the birds they used in the film (Mihijo Noble macaw resembles a blue crown conure very much and was always confused for one after the movie came out) and they let me bring him in. Mihijo LOVES that movie and I do too.

I also love the movie Rio but because I promised Diego we would watch it together after it came out on DVD Diego died before it was released on DVD so now it is very hard for me to watch that movie. I know I will cry because I miss Diego so much.

Well I'm glad I don't have to worry so much about taking my birds outside :). I would really love to! But it snowed for the first time yesterday and the weather forecast said it would be below 60 for the rest of the week :(. I guess I'll have to wait till spring. But that's okay, it'll give me time to bond with my new green cheek before we start going for walks :).

I'm so sorry to hear about Diego :(. Just reading that broke my heart. It reminds me of when my grandpa came to visit overseas when I was in 1st grade, and we had to catch a spider for our spider study at school, and my grandpa said "next time I visit we can catch more spiders." But he passed away before he could visit. And now I'm terrified or bugs and spiders and anything creepy crawly (I'm a germaphobe) but I would give anything to catch spiders with my grandpa again. I only saw him a few times my whole life because he lived in another country :(.
