Tail Feathers are scruffy

Codex will be a year old june 23rd. I got her last november and when i got her she had some tail feathers that were broken and very ragged. New ones havent come in yet, and i was wondering how long or when they will come in?

You will have to wait until her next molt which should be around the 12 month mark. They usually do damage to their tails by sliding down the bars of the cage or if the have their wings clipped will try to fly & land awkwardly on their tails which causes them to bend & break.
