Tags and codes are showing

I noticed while posting in the welcome area, that my quote tags are showing and codes the smilie are showing instead of the icons...

Any suggestions on how I can fix it?

Hi Pam, We've been having spammers on the site, so to try and stop them Black Nova is now trying something new, whereby New Members pics and URL's won't show up for a while. New members need to be here for 15 days and have posted 5 messages, they then become established users, then all pics and URL's will be visible.

Whenever there is something strange going on around here and you are listed on the Online Users list, I always assume that you are working on the forum to fix any bugs and/or making upgrades that will only make this a better forum!
