swerving head bobbing ?

Pepsi ( budgie ) swerves his heas up and down and moves his beak at the same time. What is this ? Should i be concerned ? if thsi helps at all he is molting or finishing molting .

Yes that is mating thing....they're kinda silly when they do it....

I didn't read this til now but they do not need a female to do mating dance, it can be another male, a toy, a mirror, or even a different specie of bird.
