I know I'm making quite a few threads, but I came up with a few recipes in my absence. This one is relatively simple.
1 med-large sweet potato- Steamed
1/2-1/3 cup rolled oats- Raw. Amount depends on your preference.
1/4-1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4-1/2 cup almond flour- Coconut, wheat, or any other bird-safe flour works too
Grease pan in coconut oil ( I used a glass bread pan) with a paper towel.
Spread out flat- About 1/2 inch. to 3/4 inch. thick.
Cook until toothpick comes out clean or edges start to brown somewhat- About 15-20 mins.
Let cool and that's it! Very simple recipe but my birds love it!!
