Suggestions wanted

On the heels of my "sleep sling" project and Zulu's further antics, I want to try and design something that allows him to climb and do flips. He really, really does seem to enjoy flipping around the rungs of his playtop ladders. I was hoping to make some sort of free standing gym that would let him do this and more (another jute rope sleep sling). Does anyone have ideas of how this could be accomplished?

Also, were there any thoughts on whether the 100% jute sleep sling is safe to leave in his cage? If I find that the double crochet stitch is in fact safe, I have several ideas I'd like to try with it.

(As an aside to the above image, the sling isn't that holey. I purposefully worked my finger though the stitch to give an example of the stitch.)

You could use elbow joins instead of t pieces (leaving the bowls off the top)
Is that what you meant?
