Straw shredder?

Does anyone use a tool to turn regular straws into curly shredded straws? If so, what is it called?

I have been searching for one, and cannot find it for the life of me. If anyone can post a link to one, or tell me where you got yours, it would be much appreciated! TIA!

Yep, I use a pencil sharpener
