As the title states I'm still unsure of what type of parrot that would fit my life style.
I am home the majority of the time due to health reasons, so I have plenty of time to devote.
I would like a parrot medium sized (conure, Quaker sized.)
Relatively inexpensive (If I am going to spend a lot of money on a parrot it would be for a Hycanith Macaw, and I would probably wind up single!)
I would also prefer one that's okay with a lot of attention, preferably one that would rather chill out with me, rather than flying all over, flying is okay as well I understand that the parrot needs to burn off a lot energy.
A one person parrot would be perfect as long as they will tolerate others.
While this may fit many parrots I would like to know the pros, and cons of suggested parrots.
Also I realize that although this is can be "This species sounds perfect" that birds are individuals.
