We ended up making muffins and bread and oh what fun it was!
Sterretjie helped with absolutely everything and she made me laugh so much that my face was hurting! Just after I mixed all the dry ingredients I turned to wash my hands and when I turned back madam was right inside of the bowl mixing it some more! She had flour all over her - ah I wish I had my camera with me at that time!
It is amazing how she has changed my life - even my cooking methods are completely shocking! I always used to clean up and pack away the moment after I used something - now everything is left there for her entertainment. I cant put the bottle away cause she is trying to pull the sticker off, I cant pack the container away cause she is trying to figure out how to open it etc.
Anyway, she loves her bread! She finished everything in her own bowl and then climbed into the tupperware looking for some more.
My ingredients was:
Dry mix:
Crushed up walnuts, brazil nuts and almonds. Flax seed, Nutty wheat flour, apple and cinnamon oatmeal, wheat germ, corn meal, digestive bran, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and 1/3 olive oil.
Wet mix:
6 Eggs with shells, 2 carrots, 2 parsnips, 2 bananas, 1 peeled apple, 4 baby gem squash, a large junk of boerpampoen and 4 kiwi fruit.
I took out enough for the week and the rest is in the freezer. (Well, I thought I took out enough for the week but between Sterretjie and Forest last night, there was hardly anything left!)
