sprouting seeds

when i buy sprouting seeds is their a only parrot kind or are they just plain old sprouting seed kit and if it is their a specific kind i should get

You can probably sprout any kinds of seeds you like.... I find mung beans very easy, and the birds love them...

I sprout pidgeon seed and green lentils.
I don't think parrot seed is good to sprout.

You can make your own sprout mix, or if you can find a bird supplier in your area that carries a sprouting mix for parrots and use that.
