Beaker: Cape Parrot
Some times he doesn't like it, but other times he does. Does anyone know why?

At the end, you can see him trying to grab my finger with his foot to tell me to stop.

I think he's just done. Parrots aren't puppies after all! You are lucky that he is so polite about it! Lots of poicephalus will decide they're done and just bite, hahahah!

Oh ok I guess that makes sense. I did kind of disturb him from his nap

Even if we like something we don't want it all the time. It's the same with parrots ;) Rosie sometimes adores being pet, and other times she wants nothing to do with it. But even though she sometimes doesn't want to be pet it doesn't mean she doesn't like it, it just means she doesn't want it right then.
