Someone contacted me about Booby

They are telling me that they got the bird off of Craigslist but that they don't have any paperwork. I'm not buying that at all.

I have not even read the rest of this thread yet. BUT. IF they got the bird from Craigslist and the next day the bird flew 10 miles to get to you...

well with birds I'd not usually suggest this, because with birds it doesn't usually apply but in THIS CASE 100% i'd say the old adage that if you Let Something Go and it comes back it's yours but if it doesn't it NEVER WAS cough cough liarliar cough is all the proof you need against this claim.

IF this person is actually telling the truth, then in This One case --its Finders Keepers. This story, I'm sorry, it makes this bird yours IF IT WERE even true. Because you have the bond with the bird not them. IF IT WERE true, this type owner is Not the reason for Parrot 911 nor for helping people search for birds.

But its not true. no way. this is a scammer who wants to make a buck. don't dare give this bird up to this person! please!

...okay I've read all the way through now and I am relieved! Good for you good for Booby. I feel quite sorry for the stress that you've had while pondering this. Shame on that person for trying to do that to you.
