I think it is wonderful the work you do.

Thanks, but I just clean the cages, feed them and I get to play with them. The owner and many of the more experienced volunteers really do amazing work. They do so much to rehabilitate injured birds and releasing them back into the wild. I love watching them feed baby hummingbirds.

Some diseases can be treated, others they dont have luck with .Is it PDD?

It may have been, I remember it was 3 initials but not being familiar with any bird diseases, I can't recall it for sure. I will ask again when I go back next Saturday.

I am glad they pulled through and are doing okay. They are beautiful birds despite their history of not being cared for correctly. I love Macaws but I do not know if I would ever get a large Macaw.
