I was out on a walk, but just about home when I got the call. I could see my house and the garage door was down and front door was closed. I instantly had a nagging suspicion that when their installation manual stated that motion detectors where safe for pets under 30lbs that might not be precisely correct... Before I entered my home, I asked if an exterior sensor triggered the alarm? No, it was a motion detector...

Skittles must be under even 3lbs so I was not worried that one motion detector pointed towards her new play gym...

Well, I guess I will be moving that motion detector!

My understanding was that parrots set off motion detectors, and macaws were even capable of setting off glass break sensors when they scream...

So, the alarm sales people might not have been 100% accurate in their pitch...

I had to disable my glass break sensor because of my GW. He always set it off when he would yell.
