So happy to be home

I’ve been away for 2 weeks to help my folks after my dad’s surgery. I got home a bit after birdie bedtime, but they waited up for me . Happiness is welcome home snuggles!

I don't know how you people do it. I struggle when I'm away from Skittles for more than 3 or 4 hours.

I hate being away from them, but it was unavoidable and my husband stayed home with the crew. In my case, my family is across an international border which makes it a bit more difficult to take them with me

They are all super clingy today and are very attached to me - I was expecting them to be mad, but so far no “angry birds”
