Rio has been making this sneezing sound now and then is this something I should be worried about?

Sneezingi normal but my parrots dont do it that often

If there is no discharge he may just sneezing like Oled has mentioned. So nothing to worry about. However he could also mimic someone in your household that sneezes. In any case keep an eye on him. I had a Rainbow boarding with me over the weekend & he rang the phone & whistled.
