how long should i leave my eclectus sitting her 2 eggs , she has been sitting now for 31 days , the male still feeds her , but if i try to get to the eggs to candle she goes mad , she really is a mad bird and no matter what i try i cannot get near the eggs to check , will she get fed up in the end and leave them.
all advice much appreciated.

Well if you have a male/female pair just leave the eggs until they hatch or until the average incubation period is up(not sure how long that is off the top of my head).
If they break then remove them immediately. If they are infertile and they don't crack then she will just get bored and leave them herself.

cheers for the advice , have been told by a few people its 28 days for hatching , but have also been told to leave the eggs till she gets fed up if there is nothing in them , just a bit concerned with her sitting too long , even though she does come out to stretch and the male does still feed her

As long as she is getting enough food/water and the eggs don't break, just let her sit on them until she realizes they won't hatch, then you can remove them.
Good luck!:D
