Sick parrot?

I've recently noticed he's shivering and staying puffed up and his poop is thin and has little to no urine. I have some photos for evidence. It's also hot where I live. (idk if that helps)

Take your sick Parrot to an Avian Professional for evaluation and likely medication. Parrots hide their illness, commonly until it's very serious!
 
I agree 100% with Mr 'Boats...your baby needs to see a CAV ( certified avian vet) ASAP!

Do you have an exotics vet that sees parrots somewhere nearby?

Is there a zoo? A lot of times, the zoo vets will see parrots in an emergency.

If you share your location, members might be able to help find you one.

You may have to drive a few hours- at least, that's what a lot of people do.

I live in Bacau, Romania. I searched for one in my city and there isn't one. I don't even think there's one in the capital city. Please help.
