Shivering/Shaking Amazon

I was just wondering if it's cause for concern that occasionally my Amazon will shiver/shake in his chest area, like the feathers shake. He really only does it when he's on his perch. Never does it while he's sitting on my arm. The room doesn't seem cold and all the fans are off.

I always associate that with my 'Zon Salty as he is feeling chilly. Because my SO loves to have the AC blasting, I keep a warmer on in his cage almost year round. Sometmes he snuggles up to it, sometimes not.

Sometime my conures will puff his feathers out and they will shake when he is trying to curl up for bed. The room is never cold and he only does it at certain times but I consider it him trying to get comfortable before bed. How long does you Amazon do it for? Is it all day?
