I have 14 parakeets, 9 cockatiels, 8 conures, and 2 ringnecks all up for re homing. I live in California but I've found someone in Arkansas that wants to take them all off my hands. I have no experience shipping birds. I don't know what service is good to use and I don't know what the birds will need prior to shipment? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I absolutely echo his question about potential scammers! Have you tried to find a buyer(s) more locally to save the stress and financial burden of shipping? Depending on your location in California, there are many potential folks to work with.
