My Lilly was just introduced to Harrisons on tuesday... She took to them straight away and scoffed them down!! I'm glad she doesn't miss Kaytee.

Shes currently been eating them non stop for the last half an hour... should I take them away or let her carry on? lol

Can she over eat on these and get sick?

I think you are good, but why not take her out for a play break!

And, in one Thread, there goes all the comments regarding how difficult it is to switch them from another Pellet! Just when the World becomes understandable, a Parrot will give it a good spin!!! :D

And there ya go!
Hooray for Harrison's.
Rb is a big fan, too.

When I had Peaches (my cockatiel) I switched her over to the Harrisons after being on 'junk food' for over ten years. She took right to them.

When I got Skittles back in 2011, he took right to it as well. The only time I've had issues with Harrisons conversion is with budgies, but budgies tend to be among the most fickle of birds when it comes to foods, IMO.

Birds don't overeat, not to my knowledge. lol. They eat a lot more than people think. Skittles is a little piggy, but he's also a very active little booger! The more active/exercise they get the more they will likely eat.

If you are interested in a 'treat', you may want to try the Harrisons "power treats", Skittles loves them and I give him those as rewards and treats. They have peanuts in them and I think thats why he loves them so much. lol.
