Sexual behaviour or not?

My GCC, Pazu, has not been sexed. I always refer to Pazu as a he but that's how I typically call things. That said I do think Pazu is probably a girl.

The Behaviour:
He normally twitches one of his wings when he's content and getting scritches but today I noticed his tail bouncing/bobbing while wing twitching. I asked briefly before about wing twitching and the general answer was that it was fidgeting but I wonder if it might be (along with the tail bobbing) a sexual behaviour. Also he was looking to be cuddled up/in to my hand while doing this (which is fairly normal, hand are like armchairs to him).


Background:
Pazu is 1 year 3 months old, we've had him since he we 3months old. Pazu likes to get scritches, typical stuff. I generally (80%> of the time) keep it to head and neck area. I do occasionally give him a stroke from head to back (and I'm not the only one but this is still not common), and kiss his belly when he's perched in my hand (I may be the only one that does that). There's me and my boyfriend here, I'm primary carer and I believe probably the favourite, as when I'm around Pazu is more shy of the boyfriend and favours me.

Pazu as never humped anything or backed up to anything with his tail up. He has tried regurgitating for the shiny ring on his sleep tent (several times) but never successfully.

He's not aggressive to anyone, though recently been weirdly sometimes hand shy and I'm not entirely sure why but I'm working on it (with slow success).

This sound like anything?

Unfortunately both male and female birds do the wing quivering when ‘stimulated’. Both may even raise their butts in the air. I know this is more speculation than anything else, but how close are ‘his’ feet apart when he does the twitching and tail bopping? My hen Amazon’s feet are spread apart quite a good amount when she ‘pleases herself’, while my male’s feet are MUCH closer together in comparison.

Thanks for the response though I'm not really asking about which gender as you said both genders can do both. I just wondered if this sounds like sexual behaviour, which I guess it is?

As for the feet, Pazu always has his feet as far forward/close to his head as possible, I think they are splayed too but I tend to notice how forward they are (always seems a bit extreme).

I always find it interesting that it's normal scritches around the top of his head or his cheek that sets of the wing twitching.

But that in mind I'll just be more mindful of that behaviour and the triggers.

Any advice? gcc aren't known for being particularly problematic in terms of sexual behaviour but all advice is welcome.

Unfortunately (for me) Amazon parrots are almost always looking for "fun", so maybe Zons paronts can give you the best advice....he, he.
