Need help identifying the gender of this Cockatiel

how old? ight be too young to tell

I got her over a year ago as a trade, so not sure on the age. It doesn't sing so I thought it was a female.

She looks like female to me

If over a year old, she is FEMALE!

I hope this is not her cage pictured as it needs some definite changes - looks rusted, not a proper cage for a bird of any kind to live in, needs perches (birds like perching), toys and of course water and food would be ideal.

No this was just so I can take a picture. I have a large 12 x 12 by 10 ft aviary outside.
