RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
September is Back to School Month! Of course our fids don't formally attend school,
but what if? Share pictures of your birds in a studious setting with a computer, tablet, calculator, pens, pencils, crayons, ruler, protractor, backpack, etc. Art projects can include paper, sealed bottles of paints, brushes, etc. Recess definitely counts, so use a ball, bat, educational toy as props, etc. Maybe an apple to bribe the teacher? Creativity a plus, but be safe! Closely supervise the photo shoot and remove all hazardous objects promptly! Yes, you can Photoshop, but use your bird as the focus.

POTM Contest opens August 31 and closes September 28. A poll will be posted September 29 and a winner announced October 1. Winner will receive supporting member status for one year (username highlighted in green) and their winning image will be displayed on the forum home page for the month of October. One entry per member, please,
but you are welcome to designate "just for fun" posts!

Love the creativity so far! :) No fancy props required, though they can be used!

I don't know why the pic is upside down, it's not meant to be that way so can someone please tell me how to fix it?

My two little helpers

I fixed it for you!

Just downloaded your pic, put it right-side up, uploaded it to imgur, copied the Linked BB Code, and pasted it directly into the reply window.

Great theme, Scott! Loving the entries thus far!

So many gifted and creative birdies with supportive parronts!

If the Rickeybird went to school, he'd spend more time in detention, suspension, and time-out than he would in class...
