Senegal Parrot Wanted

Hello, I am hoping to locate a reputable Senegal Parrot breeder. I would prefer to find one in or close to North Carolina. I am specifically looking for a male baby Senegal Parrot who has been hand-fed, vaccinated, micro chipped, vet certified and comes with a health guarantee. Thus far I have been unable to locate anyone. I am willing to have my new baby boy micro chipped myself if that is an obstacle. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for a love bucket .

If all else fails I will get third inhaler and search for a Timneh Grey Parrot.

If I remember correctly there's one member, EllenD, who searched long and hard for her Senegal (and ultimately had to travel across states for him), but her last visit to this site was June of last year unfortunately. I think it was her Senegal, but it might have been her Quaker.
